Fail Safe Device:
In the event of counter balance system primary component failure, the fail safe device automatically enganges and prevents door panel movement. The fail safe device is automatically reset when problem is resolved.
Every motorized Renlita Door is provided photo eyes that monitor the door path for obstructions. In the event that the door path is obstructed the motor will reverse to the open position until the obstruction is cleared.
Automatic Obstruction Sensing:
Every motorized Renlita Door is provided motor systems that continuously monitor door panel reaction. In the event that the door panel makes contact with an obstruction, the motor will automatically reverse to the open position. Motors are low voltage DC motors that provide extremely quiet operation.
Minimal Lateral Building Loads:
Unlike Hydraulic and Bi-fold door systems, Renlita Doors systems do not impose a significant lateral load on the building and requires no header steel structure. This properly balanced approach ensures a safe door opening and provides for an elegant appearance.
Renlita Doors systems superior designs are stable in high wind applications in the closed position, open position and in transit.
Stainless Steel Components:
Every Renlita Doors is provided with stainless steel pulleys and pulley brackets to prevent any corrosion and ensure a smooth operation and durable door system.
Safety In Design:
Renlita Doors incorporates the latest 3D design software that provides the ability to analyze and operate all components prior to fabrication and delivery. All counterbalance components utilized exceed ANSI and OSHA safety standards.
Door panels can be manually operated in the event of power loss without the use of special handles or tools.
